Nomiq operates strictly as a software platform. Coaches are independent operators, not employees or partners. Coaches set their own prices, availability, and coaching conditions.
Account Registration
Eligibility (18+), accurate profile information, and responsibility for safeguarding credentials.
Platform IP
Nomiq owns all platform software, branding, and design. Coaches grant Nomiq a licence to display their profile/branding on their public booking page.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Platform provided “as is”. Nomiq is not liable for physical injury, property damage, or disputes during sessions. Coaches indemnify Nomiq against third-party claims arising from their coaching services.
