Overview
Nomiq ( https://nomiq.org) provides booking, client management, and payment enablement for independent sports coaches (“Coaches”) and their clients (“Clients”).
Information We Collect
- Coaches: Identity/contact info (name, email, slug, bio), service offerings, pricing, calendar availability, and payout identifiers. (Note: sensitive financial/bank details are managed directly by Stripe Connect.)
- Clients: Name, email, phone number, appointment time, service chosen, and payment transaction metadata (zero raw card details stored on Nomiq).
- Technical Data: IP, device/browser identifiers, session auth tokens.
How We Use Information
Fulfilling bookings, calendar sync (.ics), routing payouts via Stripe Connect, automated confirmation emails, account security/RLS, and statutory compliance.
Data Disclosure
Between Coach and Client for booking fulfillment, Stripe for payment/payout processing, Supabase/cloud infrastructure for storage, and legal authorities where required by law.
Security & Protection
End-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption, database Row-Level Security (RLS) isolating tenant records, and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance via Stripe.
