Payment Facilitation & Stripe Connect
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Coaches must complete Stripe Express onboarding and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Fee Structure & 4% Take-Rate
No fixed monthly subscriptions. Nomiq deducts a 4% platform fee from each successful booking. Standard Stripe processing fees apply.
Payouts
Net funds are paid out directly to the Coach's linked bank account on a rolling basis via Stripe Express.
Cancellations, Disputes & Chargebacks
Coaches establish their own cancellation/refund policies. Coaches are solely liable for client chargebacks and dispute fees.
Coach Warranties
Coaches confirm they hold required coaching certifications, licences, public liability insurance, and are solely responsible for local taxes/VAT/social security.
